How an off hand comment
Can mean so little
And so much,
All at once
How words can hit you
Like a ton of bricks
I know my past is one of shame
Of degradation
Of little white lies
And of complete and
Utter hell...
But you don't deserve
To be branded
With my mark of shame
You didn't ask for this
And I won't drag you down
Any further..
So how do I do this...
And still keep my sanity
